SPECIAL PRESENTATION: ARRL Pacific Division Director Tony Marcin (W7XM) will speak on ARRL Policy Matters & Direction in Amateur Radio at the Tuesday, February 4th, 7:00 pm PT in-person meeting of the River City ARCS.
