Potlucks are always fun—and we’ve enjoyed several this year—but a few years ago, the club made the shift to a catered meal for our holiday celebration. As you’re aware, prices for just about everything have been rising. For the past couple of years, SFARC has covered the full cost of this event. Currently, the meal cost per guest is roughly equal to a full year’s membership dues. If a member brings a guest, that’s essentially two years’ worth. To help offset these costs, I’ve made the difficult decision to request a $10 per-person fee this year (paid at the door). This contribution will help cover the cost of dinner and prizes, ensuring we can continue hosting a festive, memorable celebration.Fall CampoutI'm Coming Up...To CampFor A Day VisitMEALSLunches on all days and Sunday Breakfast are BYO.How Many In Your Party Would Like To Take Part In The W-B1G Friday Hams In A Blanket (Pigs In A Blanket)Pancakes, Sausage, and Orange JuiceHow Many In Your Party Would Like To Take Part In The Friday Night Club Sponsored Cook OutHot Dogs, Potato Salad, Chips, etc...How Many In Your Party Would Like To Take Part In The Saturday Breakfast?Pancakes, Eggs, Sausage, and Orange JuiceHow Many In Your Party Would Like To Take Part In The Saturday Night PotluckSign Up Sheet Coming SoonComments / QuestionsCAMPINGHave You Reserved Your Campsite?YESNOCampsite #CLICK HERE to reserve your campsite today!Arriving?Departing?Hot RF NightsAre you attending as a representative for a served agency?YESNOAgency Name (if applicable)I plan to have the following on display:I/We Are Just AttendingA Go KitA Mobile Vehicle InstallA Large Communications Van or TrailerOTHER (Please Add Notes Below)How many vehicles will you have? What To Expect At Hot RF Nights No power available.
