1. Limit of (2) designs (original or AI) per person.
2. Please submit each design separately.
3. Original designs are often weighted higher than AI designs.
4. Due to the cost increase for multiple colors, please limit designs to (2) colors
5. Your design will be on the back of the shirt with the SFARC logo on the front.
6. While the final T-Shirt color has yet to be determined, it’s almost always a lighter color. The final color may deviate from the example shown.

Q. Where is SFARC doing Field Day for 2027?
A. Georgetown Airport Campground, Georgetown, CA
Q. When does setup begin?
A. Friday, June 25, 2027 @ 8:30 AM
Q. When does Field Day begin?
A. Saturday, June 26, 2027 @ 11 AM PT
Q. When is the last day to RSVP?
A. Drop-ins are welcome throughout the entire event. RSVPs are needed if you plan to camp or have meals with us. The deadline for RSVP’ing is TBD.
Q. Can I setup my own radio?
A. Due to the number of radios in operation, we ask that you NOT setup your own station. There is one exception. 🙂 Operation of a remote station (such as a Flex Radio) is permitted.
Q. Is handicap parking available?
A. We have limited parking spaces available for those with very limited mobility.
Q. Is electricity available for medical equipment?
A. No personal generators are permitted on the west side of the runway (tenting camping area), NO EXCEPTIONS.

Q. Can I have a campfire at the facility?
A. Regardless of which side of the runway you set up camp, No Campfires, NO EXCEPTIONS (including propane)!!

They will walk you through the swap meet showing you all the neat ham gear available. More importantly, they will explain why you would want it and how you might use it. Need to test equipment you are thinking about buying? Bring it over to the Sierra Foothills ARC Test Table. There will be power supplies, antennas, antenna analyzers, and other test equipment to check out your potential purchase. The table will be staffed by experienced SFARC Elmers. You don’t have to go home wondering if you bought a boat anchor.
Loomis Hamfest 2025 is, once again, an ARRL sanctioned hamfest. Drop by the ARRL Booth and visit with your Section Manager and other local ARRL staff.
